Project area: Part of Jaldhaka upazila of Nilphamari district and part of Hatibandha Upazila of Lalmonirhat district (4 Union covered).
Broad objective: To contribute to the improvement of sexual and reproductive health and overall wellbeing of the vulnerable and underserved adolescent by providing life skills training.
Project activities: Through this project the concept of “Peer Educator” was practically established. Quite a big number of adolescent peers were selected from the community. They were trained on the “Life Skill Education” curriculum and after receiving the training they used to train to the other adolescents in their own community. By this roll-out process a large number of adolescents were trained.
