A group of 23 volunteer women are the General Member and is the highest Body of the organization. They are all women from different strata of life.
Every after 2 years they elect 7 members Governing Body from among themselves and they sets the broad policy for the organization.Executive Director is appointed by the Governing Body, and she is responsible for overall operations and management of all the projects and the program of the organization.
Each project is headed by a Director who is responsible for day to day operation of the project.
